How it works:

  1. Secure a Move Date: We will work with you to schedule the most convenient date or window of time for you to move to Meadowlark.

  2. Walk-Through: Once the date is set, we'll do a walk-through of your current home to discuss the items that you would like moved. Do you have fragile items or heirlooms? Let us know and we’ll treat them with extra TLC!

  3. Phone Check-In: You will receive a phone call several days before your move to confirm your address and the start time. If you have any questions about your move, please let us know!

  4. Moving Day: Our friendly team will arrive on time, discuss your move and ask that you review our moving agreement. 

    Before moving items, we take time to prepare your home and its contents to help prevent any damages. Once everything is protected,  we will strategically load your items onto the truck(s).

    Once the truck(s) arrives at Meadowlark, we will unload its contents into your new home. The furniture and boxes will be placed right where you want them. Have furniture that needs assembled? No worries! We're happy to do that too.

  5. Welcome Home: Enjoy your new space! If you have questions or would like to refer a friend, reach out anytime. We’re always happy to help!
