Being on time sets the tone for the day and helps ensure that the entire Flint Hills Moving team is delivering on its promise to deliver the best moving experience possible. Please review and complete the following form. As part of continued employment, all employees will be expected to arrive on time.

The only way to request time off is by completing the form at www.flinthillsmoving.com/timeoff . This form must be completed at least 14 days before the requested dates off. Verbal, written, or other communications with management or other individuals of the Flint Hills Moving team will not be considered official time off requests regardless of whether they are approved or not.

Failure to meet the terms above will result in your time off being denied and your absence will be treated as a no show according to the policy below

1st Tardiness with management being told that the individual is running late PRIOR TO arrival time. PENALTY: Verbal Reprimand. Move to Level 2

1st Tardiness WITHOUT management being told that the individual is running late PRIOR TO arrival time or second Level 1 Infraction. PENALTY: Written Reprimand. Move to Level 3

Second LEVEL 2 violation. PENALTY: Hours reduction. Other penalties at management discretion (including but not limited to sent home without pay, wage reduction). Move to Level 4

I understand that I will be considered tardy if I am not at the meeting site by the time listed on Jobber. I agree that failing to clock in or clock out on times two times, and each subsequent time, will count as a tardy. I understand that my hours and employment are subject to adhering to this policy.
